ScrollNShop.PK is an online marketplace serving customers across Pakistan, offering electronics, health & beauty, women's fashion, water bottles, and PTA-approved mobile devices, with nationwide Cash on Delivery.

To place an order you create an account using your email address and a one-time code (OTP) — we don't use passwords. You are responsible for keeping your account details accurate and for any activity under your account.

All prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may change without prior notice. We take reasonable care to display accurate product information and pricing, but errors can occur — if we discover a pricing or listing error on your order, we will contact you before proceeding, and you may cancel at no cost.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed once you receive confirmation from us; we reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability.

Orders are currently paid via Cash on Delivery (COD) — you pay when your order arrives. Additional payment methods, including JazzCash and card payments, will be added in the future and this section will be updated accordingly.

For products requiring PTA approval, you must provide accurate identity and device (IMEI) information at checkout. Approval is processed with PTA/telecom authorities and timelines are outside our direct control.

We deliver nationwide across Pakistan. Delivery timelines vary by city and product availability, and are estimates rather than guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you once an order is delivered to the address provided at checkout.

You may cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us. Once delivered, returns and refunds are handled under our Refund & Return Policy.

• Do not use the site for any unlawful purpose or to place fraudulent orders.
• Do not attempt to interfere with the security or normal operation of the site.
• Do not copy, resell, or scrape site content without our written permission.

To the extent permitted by law, ScrollNShop.PK is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the site or delays outside our reasonable control (e.g. courier or PTA processing delays). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded under Pakistani law.

All content on this site — including the ScrollNShop name, logo, and product photography — belongs to ScrollNShop.PK or its licensors and may not be used without permission.

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
